Refund Policy for Gulabi Dhaaga

Returns:
Returns are accepted only for defective and damaged product, customer should request return with in 2 Days after delivery.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed in the case of size issues. We do not offer exchanges for different dresses, colors, or designs.

Exchange Procedure:
If you encounter a size issue with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to size issues.
Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.
Enclose a hundred rupees in cash or pay online as forward shipping charges for the exchange.

Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and the Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 business days

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

Refunds:
In case of a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
